Is football the perfect game?

Many people may call football the wonderful game because it is not rough and can be so fun to play and requirements to play it are quite low.
imgres.jpgFootball is played in almost every single country in the whole world because it is the perfect game because everyone can play it and it can be played almost anywhere is the world and is not a rough game. It also holds the biggest tournament in the world which is know as the "World Cup" which can be watched by up to a billion people from all around the world.
I think football is the perfect game because poverty does not effect its play, it can be played everywhere in the world and can be enjoyed by so many. It is also a physically demanding game so it is also very healthy to play for your body.
Football is developing year by year by new rules being brought in and new styles of play being discovered and no matter what country you go to visit you will find that they have a football team and this can help you make new friends which is a great reason to play it.

   Lionel Messi

Messi is regarded as one  of the best players of his generation and he started out living in Argentine and his family were very poor and because he had no job he went out a played football everyday of his life and he developed his skills this way so this means that football can be the perfect game as if you are ever stuck for a job and have nothing to do then you can play football and be amazed at the skill that you develop in your life and this can lead to a professional career. This is a picture of Messi playing for Barcelona. That is my opinion on this topic of geography.

South American Football.

South America and their Football.

Many people will suggest that the South Americans have created some of the finest football players in the world and the question is why?

There are many answers to the question and one to start of with is that South America is quite poor in a lot of places compared to somewhere like Europe and because they are poor this means that the kids have more time to go outside and play football as in Europe kids go to school and have work to do. This leads to practise for the kids in South America which helps them to develop their skills in football.

Why is football so popular in South America?

One reason to suggest is that to play football all you need is a ball, two goals and 22 people. This means that poor people can generally afford to play to game which leads to them playing it constantly. The country Brazil is nicknamed " The country of Football" to many as over 10,000 Brazilians are playing professionally world wide and millions upon millions play it on the street. Another reason is that because Brazil is so good at football this encourages more Brazilians to play football which leads to the sport being more popular.

The difference between brazil and Ireland in terms of Football.

Almost every single football player has had a different up bringing in their past however they have all turned out to be professional football players but some are obviously better then others.

Neymar:

Neymar da silva santos junior was born in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo on the 5th of February 1992 ( aged 22). Many people have tipped Neymar to be the best football player in the world when he is older and right now he is already up their with the best.
Neymar had started with a rather poor up bringing and his family did not have a lot of money, he would regularly though be out playing street football throughout the day. He was spotted by a scout as someone who had huge potential and in 2003 he moved to Sao Vicente with his family and he joined the Brazilian football club known as "Santos FC".  This movement had caused a huge improvement in his quality of life as he was now earning 10,000 reals every month and by the time he was 16 he was now earning 125,000 reals per month.
Many people believe that the one of the reasons behind Neymar's huge talent at football is the fact that he played so much everyday all day, In Brazil football is the most popular sport and at Neymar's age back then there was not a lot to do so he would generally spend his time playing football outside with his friends, by playing football so much this would of given him lots and lots of practise and would of started a passion for his love of football to which would also help him improve.

Here is a picture of Neymar playing for Brazil in the 2014 World Cup.

Some people might ask the question as to why are Brazil a much better country at football then a country such as Ireland and answers to that question would simply be that Brazil have a much larger population then Ireland which stands at 200.4 million and Irelands stands at 4.4 million which means that there are more football players to choose from in Brazil which means a higher chance of a good player and another reason would simply be that really the only sport that Brazil likes or plays is football as that is their main sport where as in Ireland many different type of sports are played so not everybody wants to or plays football.

The Continents of the competitions of where football is played.

Football is played around the world in different competitions split up into six major continents around the world, This means that those continents will generally play each other for international football matches. (International football matches are matches that are played country vs. country instead of team vs. team).
The continents are as follows, Africa, Asia, Europe, North central America and South America and finally Oceania football confederation.

The club competitions in each continent are:

Africa plays the competitions Confederations cup and super cup for club competitions.

North America plays American champions league.

Asia plays AFC cup and the presidents cup.

Europe plays the Champions league, Europa league and super cup.

South America plays Copa libertadors, Copa sudamericana and R. Sudamericana

Oceania plays Eastern Champions League.

They are the club cups and the national cups are as follows.

Africa plays the African cup of Nations.
North America plays Gold Cup.
Europe plays European Championship and Regions Cup.
Asia Asian Cup and AFC Challenge cup.

This diagram of Africa below shows in the African Continent which parts of Africa play with them selves for matches for club and country competitions. For example yellow will play with yellow and green play with green for matches mainly club games.

                                 The colours represent:

Yellow is West Africa.
Green is North Africa
Blue is East Africa
Red is Central Africa
Gold is South Africa

This diagram represents the Asian continent and who plays who and its the same idea as the African one.
The countries with the same colour will play mainly countries that also have that same colour, this gives an idea about how organized football is around the world and the countries that play it.
